Benefit from switching to renewables

Learn how you will benefit from switching your energy source to renewables!

wind turbines in a rough landscape

1. Where you are getting your energy from has an enormous impact on your carbon footprint since energy consumption accounts for all of scope 2 emissions. It is the easiest and most effective change you can make to reduce emissions when you start ESG reporting.

2. Renewables also have become a much more affordable source of energy compared to fossil fuels throughout the last couple of years, especially as we are facing an energy crisis.

3. Finally, renewables have been criticized for being unreliable in the past. Though, as we have seen throughout the last year, the same is true for conventional energy sources, even more so if we take a look into the future, as fossil fuels are not renewable.

And now you might understand why wind turbines are a real symbol of sustainability.

As most companies will start carbon accounting in the next two years, keep your energy sourcing in mind as one of your first steps when attempting to reduce your emissions.

After all, if there is one thing we have enough of here in Denmark, it is wind.
